Passion Flower

Last year a good friend of ours gave us some clippings from his purple passion vines. Now that the vines have taken over most of the fence line, the passion flowers are starting to blossom by the dozen. I expect we'll see quite a bit of passion fruit this summer.

Not only do passion vines produce exotic fruit, they also produce one of the most interesting and exotic flowers. Expect many more photographs of the passion flowers as they continue to bloom.
